西安瑞斯通軌道交通電氣有限公司是專業(yè)從事鐵路機(jī)車車輛電器研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售的現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)，是鐵道部批準(zhǔn)的機(jī)車重要件定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。

公司擁有生產(chǎn)廠地3000平方米，組裝生產(chǎn)線5條，機(jī)械加工設(shè)備22臺(tái)，檢測(cè)設(shè)備30臺(tái)，工藝文件及工裝設(shè)備齊全；現(xiàn)有員工86人，其中高級(jí)工程師5人，工程師8人，質(zhì)量管理人員3人，高級(jí)技師10人。

公司依托較強(qiáng)的科研實(shí)力，采用德國(guó)相關(guān)電器技術(shù)，自主研發(fā)出司機(jī)控制器、輔助控制器、電空制動(dòng)控制器、交直流電磁接觸器、各種開(kāi)關(guān)、儀表模塊、中間繼電器、逆變電源等多種產(chǎn)品；為北車大連機(jī)車車輛有限公司、北車蘭州機(jī)車有限公司、南車株洲電力機(jī)車有限公司、南車成都機(jī)車車輛有限公司、南車洛陽(yáng)機(jī)車有限公司、南車資陽(yáng)機(jī)車有限公司、柳州機(jī)車車輛廠和廣州鐵路集團(tuán)公司、鄭州鐵路局、南寧鐵路局、西安鐵路局、太原鐵路局、沈陽(yáng)鐵路局、哈爾濱鐵路局、蘭州鐵路局等路局提供機(jī)車配套產(chǎn)品。目前，公司配套HXD3型電力機(jī)車的相關(guān)電器正在裝車試驗(yàn)。

Xi’an Ruisitong Railway Traffic Electric Co., Ltd. as a modern enterprise specializing in development, production and sales of electric equipment of railway locomotive, is a designated enterprise for producing important pieces of locomotive approved by the Ministry of Railways.

The company, with 3,000 square meters of production plant, has complete process files and tooling equipment with 5 assembly lines, 22 sets of machinery and processing equipment, 30 sets of testing equipment; currently employing nearly 86 employees, including 5 senior engineers, 8 engineers, 3 quality management staffs, 10 senior technicians.

Relying on strong research capabilities, adopting related electrical technology from Germany, the company has independently developed the driver controller, the auxiliary controller, electro-pneumatic braking controller, AC-DC magnetic contactor, a variety of switches, instrument modules, auxiliary relays, inverters and other products; and has provided related locomotive auxiliary products for CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. , CNR Lanzhou Co., Ltd. , CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. ,CSR Chengdu Co., Ltd. , CSR Luoyang Co., Ltd. , CSR Ziyang Co., Ltd. , Liuzhou Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. , Guangzhou Railway (Group) Corporation, and such Railway Administration as Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, Nanning Railway Bureau, Xi’an Railway Bureau, Taiyuan Railway Bureau, Shenyang Railway Bureau, Harbin Railway Bureau, Lanzhou Railway Bureau. The company has a large production scale and strong production capacity. Currently, the related electrical equipment mating HXD3 electric locomotive is under running tests in the company.
